Our delivery and returns policy

1. Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 working days upon receipt of payment and dispatched using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, providing tracking information and signature-free drop-off.

Most deliveries are expected to arrive within 12–15 business days from the order processing and readiness for shipment. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Shipping fees are determined based on the product weight and delivery location. These fees are clearly displayed during the checkout process and prior to order confirmation, covering handling, packing, and postage expenses.

Please note that delivery services may not be available in all areas or states within your country, particularly in remote regions of European countries and certain areas of Africa and Asia. If uncertain about delivery feasibility, we encourage you to contact us via email for verification before placing your order. Otherwise, confirmation of delivery feasibility will be provided upon order receipt, with notification sent if delivery cannot be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If cancellation is requested before shipment, a cancellation charge of 30% of the order value will apply.

If the delivery exceeds 45 days beyond the estimated delivery date, the Buyer reserves the right to cancel the contract, unless there are exceptional circumstances (force majeure) at play. However, the Buyer may not seek damages from Heliomed under such circumstances.

3. Returns & Refunds

For eligible returns of new products, please adhere to the following policy:

Return Window: Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Returned products must be in new, re-sellable condition with safety seals unopened.

Packaging: All parts and accessories must be included in the original packaging.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Restocking Fee: Return orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Warranty Consideration: Please note that warranties may be void for items once they have left the shipping facility.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) items (including masks, protective clothing, and other PPE products) or healthcare products, are non-returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that purchased PPE are suitable for their intended use before making a purchase. We are unable to provide advice on suitability.
